Does Koticha need an internet connection?+
No. Koticha is fully offline-first, it doesn't request network access at all. Every feature, including score entry, ranking, and exports, works with no signal and no Wi-Fi.
What Android version does it need?+
Koticha supports Android 8.0 and above. It's built and tested to run smoothly on entry-level devices with 2GB of RAM.
Can I fix a score I entered by mistake?+
Yes. Re-enter the same student's number or name in the Score Entry screen, type the corrected score, and confirm the update. There's no separate delete — if a score was saved against the wrong student, set it to 0 and correct it once you've identified the right one.
How do I get my results out of the app?+
Open the Reports tab for a class and export to Excel or PDF. The file saves to your Downloads folder, and you can share it straight to WhatsApp or email from there.
I lost my phone, can I get my data back?+
If you exported a backup file beforehand, yes. Restore it on a new device from the app's backup & restore option. Koticha doesn't store data anywhere except your device, so a backup you've saved elsewhere (email, cloud drive, SD card) is the only way to recover it.
Can Koticha import a class list from Excel?+
Yes. From the Students tab, you can import a .xlsx file with student_number, name, and sex columns to add a whole class at once.
